After logging to the firewall, select Network->Address Objects.
If there is not already an entry for the Applianz server, Click 'Add' and fill in the box as shown below ensuring you use the IP address of the Applianz server.
Next select Network->Services.
This is the entry for the port range which will be used by the Applianz server. Put in a name, select TCP as the protocol, and the port range 30000-30060.
Then select Network->NAT Policies.
As before, if there are not already entries for this, click 'Add' to create them. The minimum will be 2 policies. One for inbound traffic, the other for outbound traffic.

Finally select Firewall->Access Rules. This will allow external inbound traffic to be passed into the local network. To make things easier, select the View Style of 'Drop-down Boxes' and then select WAN to LAN.
Enter the information as follows:
Then select the Advanced tab and set the TCP Connection Inactivity Timeout to 480 minutes. This will prevent session disconnects.
Now test the connection by attempting to go to the Applianz server's web admin page. If that works, test connecting to a session. If that works, you're in business.
