Should you experience an emergency outside of our regular support hours, please follow the instructions below to alert us of your issue.

  1. Call 316.263.4800 ext. 5
  2. Provide a short and detailed message about the issue you are experiencing
  3. Inform the receptionist that this issue is an emergency
  4. Provide the receptionist the best phone number to reach you at, as well as your email.

The Support Technician on-call will then be paged, and begin working on your issue.
