How to Map an AppEazy Drive to your Workstation (Customer-Hosted System Only)

  1. On your local workstation, open File Explorer.
  2. Click Computer in the top-left area of your screen.


  3. Click MAP NETWORK DRIVE in the top-left area of your screen.



  4. In the MAP NETWORK DRIVE Dialog Screen, make the following adjustments. 
  5. Drive:
    Select a drive letter not in use. Applianz Support recommends 'N:' to keep continuinity with the AppEazy Sessions.
    Folder:
    The folder will be your AppEazy System's Window Share, followed by AppData. 
    Ex: \\SVR12054-1\AppData\
    Your Windows share information is found in the System Information email. If you do not have this information, please contact Applianz Support.
    Reconnect at sign-in:
    Ensure the option is enabled
    Connect using different credentials
    Enable this option


  6. Click FINISH
  7. Enter the necessary credentials at the Enter network credentials dialog box
  8. User name:
    Your username will be your Windows share, followed by the username found in the System Info email. It is required to put the SVR domain before the username as shown below.
    Ex: SVR12054-1\UserName
    Password
    Enter your Windows share password found on the System Info email.
    Ex: \\SVR12054-1\AppData\
    Your Windows share information is found in the System Information email. If you do not have this information, please contact Applianz Support.
    Remember my credentials:
    Enable this option

  9. Click OK
  10. A window will appear showing the shared drive on your local workstation! The drive is now mapped!
